    Our Strategic Climate Initiative Partnership XVP™, is meticulously designed and engineered to deliver a minimum 10X ROI over 365 Days counting from the Official Launch of the Initiative on Aug 19th, 2026.

    If after the 365 days, your company cannot validate a minimum 10X ROI from participation as a Strategic Climate Initiative Sponsor (SCIS) and utilizing ALL elements of the SCIS Benefits Package that your company is eligible to use, your company may request and receive within Ninety (90) days, a 100% refund of your SCIP Fee paid for its SCIS participation in the 2026 Sm@rtr® EARTH Climate Transformation Initiative.

    Re-Enrollment Wait Period

    Any company that requests and receives a 100% refund, clearly finds the value of SCIS participation to be below their expectations. We thus will require such a company to wait a period of three (3) years before seeking to become a SCIS participant again, thus affording us adequate time to significantly enhance the delivery of our SCIS XVP™ for all SCIS participants.
