They will all be "leased" out to global eco-friendly brands/businesses who want to have a presence in the community center in order to engage deeply with you, the club's tech-savvy members.

So we give you the opportunity to redeem your Credits to own a fraction of a digital expo booth or table, that in the not too distant future, may be leased by brands like North Face, Pangaia, Nike, Patagonia and much more. If you own a 10% Fraction of an expo booth and a big brand comes along and leases it for US$50K a year, then you would be entitled to 10% of that gross lease revenue, minus a 10% management fee to Sm@rtr for managing the relationship with the brand lessee.

In case you're wondering, you're NOT using any of your hard earned FIAT money to acquire these assets, so your acquisition thereof through loyalty Credits, is NOT a sales of securities.

From time to time, Credits can also be redeemed for tickets (in whole or in part), to participate in various bespoke "Xperiences" curated by the Sm@rtr® club's management.
